1. Please give an example of where you acted in a principled, open and conscientiousness manner. What was the situation? What did you do? What was the outcome?
2. Please give an example showing how you have supported colleagues or others and have built relationships to achieve a common goal.
3.Please give an example of how you have used effective communication skills. What was the situation? What did you do? What was the outcome?
4.Please give an example where you had to create plans or organise activities to achieve objectives or improve performance. What was the situation? What did you do? What was the outcome?
To help you with these questions, it is expected your answers should be no more than 4000 characters, and the page will time out after 20 minutes - losing all you have entered.
What kind of salary do you think, a job that has an on-line application form which includes these questions is offering?
If I said.. £13k per annum would that surprise you? because it surprised me - the job is for an Admin Assistant.

No, it wouldn't surprise me in the least. Sadly. The salary is shocking isn't it. A sad reflection on our times. I wish you luck in your searches, I know just how tough it can be only too well. And applications forms like this just are sooooo depressing.
ReplyDeleteHi Dolly, yes, this was the second form that I completed that day which had questions on like this. The problem is it is so difficult to marry the questions with my experience.
