I'm not in this photo but the man with the beard was my primary school teacher between 1980-83. He was called Mr. Smith. I found this old photograph of him on-line and was shocked by the difference between my memory of him and how he actually looked. I thought he was so much bigger than here. I remember he called his classroom the Lions Den! and he was a really scary teacher. He had a softer side too and every Friday would read us stories. I often think about him and wonder how he is, what he's doing now.
